Raye Penber's fiancee and, apparently, one of the FBI's brightest female agents until she quit to get married. Despite the fact that she's a strong American woman, she's perfectly docile to her fiance's statement that "it's true you were an outstanding FBI agent...but now you're just my fiancee" when she tries to help him with the Kira case.
